Thank you for reaching out in the PowerSchool Community! Phone and chat support access is available for the Technical Contact(s) at your school/district.  If you recently signed up to be a Technical Contact, it can take up to 24 hours before you can access Community Resources, including chat/support.


If you don't have Technical Contact access, we suggest reaching out to your current Technical Contacts at your school/district and have them assist you with submitting a support case.
