Benchmarks Graph View

The selection of “Local Assessments” defaults to the “Benchmarks” tab, as shown circled in the following image. Benchmark data is displayed by graph and table.

The “Graph View” provides a basic overview of all student benchmark scores within the defined time frame.

Hover over a point on the graph to view the associated benchmark data.

Filtering Benchmark Data

  1. To filter “State Assessment” data by subject, click one of the subject headers located above the “Graph View,” as indicated in the following image.

To select more than one subject, click and hold “Ctrl” on the keyboard, then select each desired subject, as indicated by the blue arrow in the following image.

To clear the selected filters, click the eraser icon to the left of the subject filters, shown circled in pink in the following image.

  1. To filter “State Assessment” data by year, click the drop-down to the right of “Year” and select the desired school year from the drop-down menu.

To select more than one year, click and hold “Ctrl” on the keyboard, then select each desired year, as indicated by the blue arrow in the following image.

To clear the selected filters, click the eraser icon to the left of the year filter, shown circled in pink in the following image.

Printing Benchmark Data

To print “Benchmark” data from the graph view, right-click on the table and select “Print…” from the drop-down menu.

Exporting Benchmark Data

To export “Benchmark” data from the graph view, right-click on the table and select “Send to Excel” or “Export…” from the drop-down menu.
