Issue: Community Search Results for Product Help Resources are not Updating

Summary

Product help resources provide new release information and step-by-step user assistance for nearly all PowerSchool products. The product help is available by clicking the help icon on a PowerSchool product.

 

Previously, these resources were included in the Community federated search tool. Since the product help moved to a cloud-based environment a few months ago, the search results have not been updated to display the content from the new help sites. Our team has been working on possible resolutions to the search issue. Subscribe to this article to receive updates on the progress. Learn more about subscriptions and notifications.

 

While the team continues to work on a solution, you can access the product help through the help icon in the product.

 

The community search can be used to find resources within the PowerSchool Community. Check out our helpful search tips.
