4/29/2020 Update: Office Hours have been extended through May 15, 2020 so we can continue to provide support for end of year processing for our eSchoolPlus customers.
With growing concerns around COVID-19, and with UNESCO reporting more than 1.37 billion students already being affected by school closures, we know this is a time of great uncertainty for all of us and our communities. The PowerSchool team is monitoring the situation closely and is keeping the health and safety of our customers and employees a top priority while working to ensure every student continues to get access to the education they deserve.
With that in mind, we have scheduled a series of Office Hours to provide a forum for asking any questions you may have regarding the process and related setup changes you need to put in place as a result of COVID-19.
We will have scheduled Office Hours from 2-3 PM ET, on Monday, Wednesday and Friday of each week from April 1-29. You can join us on any of the scheduled days using this link:

Our first session on April 1 will begin with building out the initial list of topics where customers require assistance, so please bring your ideas to the session!
