eFinance Dashboard Opens Up to Full Screen When Clicked

Hello, I'm helping one of our building admins who said that since the eFinance website was updated, every time she clicks on one of the sections in the Finance dashboard it opens up to a full screen window and takes over the whole screen. We went looking for a user preference to adjust this behavior so it doesn't open into full screen mode, but we cannot find it. Is there a setting I can assist her with for this?
