Can't Login to New Site

I recently noticed that SchoolSpring has a new site. I've had an account for years and suddenly cannot log in. Also, I request a new password and then literally do not receive a follow-up email. I tried multiple times yesterday and today - nothing. I can't get in! What do I do?
