I have timed out of the EPI twice – why am I not eligible for an immediate reset?
To ensure that the administration of the EPI is fair and reliable, our policies only allow for one automatic reset per candidate.
If your EPI is in a “Timed Out” status, you will need to reach out to the district to which you are applying to for additional information.
Please note the EPI is only one data-point in the application process, and we encourage districts and networks to triangulate EPI scores with a wealth of other information as well.
Additionally, an incomplete EPI does not remove you from consideration as your application will still be visible to potential employers on the system, and you will be able to reattempt the EPI in six months (180 days).
