When can a training hour be utilized?

Training hours can be utilized for learning and upskilling on the product features usage, new member training for the members within the school community for the product that you have subscribed or a related feature/functionality.

 

How will I receive a quote for KTO/Training hours?

To purchase KTO/Training hours in PowerSchool:
Option 1:

  1. Any technical contact can login into PowerSchool community > go to Customer connect portal > Click on the services segment > You can go to " Where to get more services" > You will have details on the additional service.

Option 2:

  1. Contact Your Account Manager: Reach out to your PowerSchool Account Manager or Customer Success Manager to request KTO or training hours.
  2. Specify Your Needs: Provide details on the number of hours and type of training required.
  3. Receive a Quote: Your representative will provide a quote based on your requirements.

KTO hours are typically sold in blocks of 10 hours and are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.

 

Once the customer purchases KTO /training hours. What is the next step?

Once the customer purchases KTO /training hours and the service is Booked, a dedicated Project Manager will be assigned to assist the customer.

 

How soon can the school get a training specialist assigned?

Once the training quote is signed, the project ID would be generated for the training team and the training specialist would be reaching out to the school/primary contact.

 

What are the training options that PowerSchool provides?

PowerSchool offers a wide variety of training options, including both remote/virtual and onsite sessions. Please find the training options on the Training Catalog.
