We put through a refund for a student and his mother (employee of our school) for their hot lunches.
She has since told me that the credit card she used to pay for the hot lunches is void as she was dealing with someone who stole her number online.
How do I see where her refund went since she didn't receive it and secondly, how do I process a refund for her?
