Release notes for the Permission Click 25.2.0.0 release.
Bug | Description |
Admin - AD Sync
|
Occasionally, when AD sync was enabled, user profiles were not updated correctly. This issue occurred due to the presence of two email addresses for each user profile, causing the sync to fail. Fortunately, this issue has now been resolved. |
Admin - Form Manager - Data Preview |
When district admins tried to access the Data Preview columns within Form Manager for any response, the columns selected for Data Preview while creating a form template were neither displaying the data nor allowing users to select the columns to preview. This issue has now been resolved. |
Admin - Form Manager - Restart Response |
When a school administrator attempted to restart a form response for a district form, they encountered an error even when they had the necessary permissions granted via access & visibility options. This issue has now been resolved, allowing users with access to restart form response without any problems. |
Admin - Form Templates |
When district admins tried to access an archived template, they occasionally encountered an error message indicating a technical issue. This issue has now been resolved. |
Admin - Report Schedule |
When district users attempted to edit a report schedule, they occasionally saw a date as the day before the actual run date. This issue occurred as the date value within the database stored in UTC format was reverting to the previous date based on the browser’s local time zone. This issue has now been resolved. |
Admin - Response Workflow |
Previously, when school staff tried to add a response workflow in the form builder, they were unable to select users with the bookkeeper role as they did not appear in the approver list. This issue has now been resolved. |
Admin - User Management |
School and district users who updated their email through Admin > User Management encountered an error message stating, “All of your organizations are currently disabled. Please contact your organization administrator” when attempting to log into Permission Click. This issue has now been resolved. |
