Release notes for the Permission Click 25.1.0.0 release.

Enhancements

Enhancement	Description
Admin - Approval Notifications	Notification options in the User Management > User Details called Disable general approval notifications and Enable general approval notifications were renamed to Disable role-based workflow notifications and Enable role-based workflow notifications respectively for clarity. The setting controls whether someone in a role receives notification emails for approvals that are “group approvals”.

Admin - Legacy SIS Extract

While using the Legacy SIS Extract, the repeatable short answer questions were not included in the expected columns, resulting in an inaccurate data population. To resolve this, the data alignment has been corrected. If there are 5 labelled columns but only 3 data values, these 3 values will be allotted to the first 3 columns, leaving the last 2 columns empty. This update ensures that data remains correctly aligned even if data on the form is deleted and re-added, thereby preventing empty columns from causing reporting issues.
