Margins off

hi, I have put a psych report into the ETR and when I go to print it to save and send through Adobe, all of the margins are off and there are big chunks of space between paragraphs. The report looks fine within powerschool but they all change when I go to print and when I save them, they are all messed up. Why is this happening and how can I fix it?
