Interacting with the PowerSchool Assistant

- If you need more information, feel free to ask follow-up questions.
- There may be some questions that it may not be able to answer at first. Your feedback will help guide and expand this repository of responses.
Transitioning to a Live Agent
If the PowerSchool Assistant is unable to provide the answer you're seeking after two attempts, you will be transferred directly to a Support Engineer in the same chat window.
Providing Feedback
Feedback Button: After each answer, please use the feedback button in the chat widget to indicate if the answer was helpful.
End Survey: After testing the chat widget, please complete the survey.
