Update Shot Records

I did not see where we had to update the shot records when registered our 2 kids for school. One got both covid-19 shot and one got his 11 year old shots. So, I really don't want to create more stress then need to be.

If you have not updated the vaccine information on the form, we recommend reaching out to your school district administrator who should be able to assist you in updating the vaccine information for your kids.
