Unable to schedule Kindergarten Screening through link

I seem to be unable to schedule a screening appointment through the provided link.  The calendar populates as blank from April on with no content.  Is there a known issue with the scheduler?  Is there a numer I can call to schedule the appointment over the phone?  Thanks in advance for the assistance!
