Locked out of registering

I'm trying to register my daughter for first grade. Can't get past the dob. It said her dob doesn't match the records and now I'm locked out. Not sure what to do. I entered it in the right format.

If you are attempting to access a form and receive the error “Date of birth does not match”, this means that the date of birth you have entered does not match what your school district has on file for the snapcode that you entered.  I recommend reviewing the article on Date of Birth Does Not Match that should guide you further.
