Childrens grade level is incorrect and it is not allowing me to switch it. Please advice.

@m0307059 Are you making the change on the "Current Enrollment" screen?  If so, I had a similar problem.  The solution was to change the grade to a different grade, submit, then change it back to the correct grade, then submit again.

I recommend reaching out to the Enrollment section of your school district who should be able to assist you with correcting your children's grade levels. I have attached an article here that will help walk you through the process.
