Hi Everyone, I was recently told I had to login to Home Access Center to retrieve my child's schedule, however I was never granted an access code to register. When I asked the school for assistance it showed the password had recently been reset - not by me. Today I have called the school district number, which directed me to PowerSchool Community tech support. The PSC tech support directs me to the school district. At this point, I am not sure where to go or who to contact to grant me access to the account.
Has anyone encountered this problem before?
PS. I am in the Cypress school district.

There are few reasons due to which you are unable to reset your password.
Since the student's information is stored on the school or district's end, we are unable to access that information to assist you with getting access to the account. We recommend contacting the school or district directly since they are the ones who have access to that information and can help recover your account.
