Creating an Account: Email Address Restrictions

Problem

When enrolling a student, the user will be asked for an email address that will act as their username, in case they need to sign in and continue their form. When creating a username, the domain ending of your email address must be 2-4 characters. If it is longer – even if it is a supported web domain – it will flag as “Not a valid email”.

For example, the address "example@gmail.com" is an acceptable email address, because "com" is 3 letters. If the domain ending of your email address exceeds 4 letters, however, you will not be able to create your account with that email address.

Step-by-Step Solution

  1. Ensure that you are entering the correct email address that you would like to use.
  2. Ensure that the domain ending of the email address does not exceed 4 characters.

Any Additional Information

  • It is possible to change your email username to be outside of the limit – in this case, you would want to contact support for us to manually edit your account.

Still Not Working?

If these steps do not help you access the form, contact your school district’s Registration department for further assistance.
