Volunteer application

I’m having trouble accessing application to volunteer at my daughter’s school. It sends me to power school. But it doesn’t give me anything to fill out. Last year was nothing like this. So I’m confused. Can anyone help please?

I’m a grandmother who has hours to volunteer in anyway needed and I have spent about 3 hours going from page to page and no application found!!!
