We are pretty well set up but I have two simple questions from a newbie
When exporting my lists from our student database which structure is preferred ? We want both parents to be notified
Each row should have...
Student Name Grade Phone 1 (Mom Phone) Phone 2 (Dad Phone) SMS 1 SMS 2 etc
(In other words will School Messenger send to Phone 1 and Phone 2 if they are on the same line ?)
or
Student Name Grade Mom Phone SMS #1
Student Name Grade Dad Phone SMS #
(Or does each phone number need its own line ?
Second
We import files as directed from the Admin tab but the lists don't appear as a choice in the broadcast tab how can I fix that ? or what am I doing wrong.
