Missing UIC button on home page

Hello,

 I have been trying to figure out how to get this button that I have seen on other powerschools. Its a customized report I am guessing. But when you hit it, it gives you just the students missing UIC's in the system. It would greatly help speed up my process since I work for several several districts. I saw @JeromeO post in another customization question so I am going to add him here. But if anyone can help me I would greatly appreciate it.

@TamiP1  I believe the plugin you're looking for is Quick Search
