If I delete a co-admin from a course, will it delete the materials and/or assignments the teacher has already posted to the course?

Hi @smcollin,
Thank you for your response.
It will not delete the materials/assignments that the teacher has posted if you remove the co-admin but with the exception to google drive/one drive assignments. The teacher can share the assignment into the other teacher's google drive so they can have access to it from within Schoology. All student copies are organized into Google Drive folders by course and assignment. This way, the primary teacher may push out all assignments to students in Schoology and share submissions directly from Google Drive via the folder with all student work to the co-teacher. The co-teacher can then view the assignments through Schoology or directly in Google Drive.
Additionally, Grading Periods can only be deleted if they aren't associated with any courses. From the teacher's view, the archived Grading Periods are grayed out and the ongoing ones are highlighted. For the system admin view under grade settings only the ongoing and upcoming Grading Periods appear, the archived Grading Periods are by default filtered.
I hope this answers your query.

Hi @smcollin
To assist you further, would you please confirm the name of the PowerSchool Product you are referring to?
Schoology ... sorry for not mentioning that!
