The username and password for my son's Schoology account suddenly aren't working. I can't reset the password if I can't access his Schoology email address, and I'm being sent in circles from his school to Schoology support to this forum.
The error message I receive is: Incorrect user ID or password. Type the correct user ID and password, and try again.
But we didn't change the password. Any help?

You can refer to this article: How-To-Login-Students and verify if your son can log in to the account. If he still cannot, you would need to reach out to his teacher who should be able to work with support to reset his password and help him log in to the account.
Also, you can contact your school's admin or teacher for help.
