Can't Login to Powerschool

Hi,

 

I am a teacher for CBE, and every time I log into PowerSchool, it says my request cannot be processed. My principal said everything was good on her end, and I have tried clearing my internet cashe, but nothing is working. If you can help me sort this out on your end, I would greatly appreciate it. 

 

I tried reaching out to you guys before and heard nothing back. Please respond, I look forward to hearing from you.
