B.S. Communications/Public Relations w/ minors in International Business and German from Appalachian State University. I come from a family full of engineers but I wanted to be "different". Now, many years later, I find myself working in IT... kicking myself for being a stupid, rebellious teenager! Fortunately, my own kids learned early and are pursuing degrees in Engineering and Cyber Security. I'm a very proud mom! I enjoy proving people wrong when they say, "PowerSchool can't do that!" telling them, "Well then, you're not asking the system the right questions!" I enjoy training our staff and sharing how using the product correctly expands its capabilities (i.e. teaching "old dogs" new tricks)!
