User Unable to View Job

I work at Portage Township Schools in Portage, Indiana. I have a user that should be able to view the applicants for a posting I have verified on her account that she is able to view Health Services jobs as well as confirmed that she should get notifications from inside the job posting itself but she is reporting that she is unable to view this specific posting.
