Trying to submit application - says I already have an account

I have been trying to create an account to submit an application for the social worker position. However, it says I already have an account. As far as I can remember, I did not create an account before today. Please help me with the issue.

I understand you are finding that you already have an account.  If you are receiving the "Error: "email is already in use, please enter a different email address" then I recommend you review this article for troubleshooting tips.
