Not receiving email to reset password in recruit and hire

I forgot my user name and password from a prior application. I click the link to reset it and it asks me to enter my email address, but I never receive the email. I have checked the spam folder, the promotions folder, and the social folder and it is nowhere.

Please refer to this article: How-To-Reset-my-Password-in-Recruit-and-Hire to know the steps to reset your password.

 

If you were not able to reset the password following the above steps, I would recommend working with PowerSchool Support through a support ticket by clicking on this link. They should be able to provide you with a new reset password link.
