How Do I Apply to Jobs as an Internal Applicant?

To apply to jobs as an internal applicant, you must currently be employed by the district to which you are applying. There are two ways to create an internal account.

  1. Some districts have an Internal link at the top right of the page. Clicking this link will take you through the process of creating an internal account.
  2. If you have already created an account and would like to change it to internal, log in and click Account Settings at the top of the page. On the right-hand side of the page you should see the Account Type section. Select I am a current employee to change your external account to internal. If you have started the application as external already then you will want to cancel out of it so that you can begin again with the internal application.
    • If you have already started an application as an external candidate you will want to click "Cancel" on your existing one and start it over once your account is marked internal.

Hi @Rahma

You can create a new account using a separate email address since you no longer have access to your old email account to proceed further. However, the new account will not provide access to information on the previous account.

Another option would be to reach out to the Unified Talent Applicant Support team, the team should be able to gather information on your account and help you replace the old email address with your current email address. You can contact the Unified Talent Applicant Support team from this direct link.
