Applicant Tracking : Separate document/ attachments for different job postings

Questions

1. Can I add Separate documents/ attachments such as cover letter, Resume etc. for different job postings?
2. Why did my attachment got updated on already submitted job when I updated them and applied for a new job?

Answer

As per the current functionality, an option to upload different resume, cover letter or attachments for different job application is not available.

Please note that if you make changes to the attachments even after an application is submitted, it will automatically update the most recent one on the submitted applications as well.

Hence, PowerSchool recommends you to upload a generic document such as cover letter, resume which could be applicable for all the types of job applications you wish to submit.
