Publishing an assignment at a future date

If a teacher chooses to publish an assignment on a future date, at what time of day does the assignment publish?  Is there a default setting that can be edited so that assignments publish at a specific time of day?

I don't believe there is a default setting for that specific functionality.  However, have you considered exploring the option of utilizing Folder Availability? This feature might offer a solution to your query.

This question has come up again.  If I set an assignment to publish on Monday, what time on Monday will parents and students get a notification that the assignment is published?

Our kids get the alert at the time of the published folder that they are available- the lag is maybe a few minutes.
