I cannot log on. It does not recognize my school email address.

When trying to sign on/ log on Kickboard does not recognize my school email. when I go into another page to trouble shoot it has part of my private email and password I cannot see.

Would you please review if you are entering the correct email address. Had you changed your email address in Kickboard?

 

We would recommend that you reach out to the school to verify the correct school email address that is associated with your Kickboard account.
