I need help changing the school name on our website: https://hs.dunmoreschooldistrict.net/

It needs to change from Dunmore High School to Dunmore Jr/Sr High School and I can't find where to change it.

I tried to submit a help ticket using the new support page, but nothing seems to work. I did it twice and received no confirmation email.

I planned to try to chat tomorrow, but I just noticed that chat is not available for school messenger questions.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?  I did have a 7 year old help ticket in my email where I had to get the fax number changed, but all I received back was that it was done for me.

Hi BennettChemistry. I see on one of my district's sites that you can change what's in the "Name" field, but I am not sure it will change the name of the school, so beware...

I navigated to the school, then System Management > Site Management. Click the school name or the globe icon to the left of the school name.

As I said, I haven't tried this and do not know if changing the name here will mess up anything with your site, but it looks as though it will allow you to change a name on that page.

Thanks.  I tried it, and nothing changed.  I think it is somewhere in the template for the site, but I can't find it.

I wanted to let you know there are two places to change the name of your website. Under site admin, site properties, This will change the school name in the breadcrumbs on subpages as well as up top in the tab labels. The other place is under system administration, server settings, server information tab. Here the Organization name will update the name on the header and footer of the website across all the pages. If changing the name here doesn't update it on all your pages, then it means the name has been hard coded into the template and you will want to contact support to get this changed.
