Did anyone else get a new account rep assigned? My last email to our former one (who came over after the switch) was bounced back last week and no response to calls. it seems the only contact we have is the phone support. Anyone else get the same?

FYI, I learned who my account rep is now. Chat was finally working and I was able to ask a real question and interact with someone. Amazing!!
Still disappointed that I had to reach out and find out myself vs being contacted but at least I have a theoretical name and email. 😃
Well the chat working is good news. Bad news is the name/email of the rep I was given bounced back. <sigh>
