Thank you for your post. To clarify, are you able to see the students' grades through the online parent portal but not through the mobile app? If so, you will want to submit a mobile support case through the app and the mobile team should be able to assist with the next steps to troubleshoot. If you are unable to log into the parent portal online, nor are you able to view data in the PowerSchool app, you will want to reach out to your school to ensure that data is being shared. Any screenshots of error messages you receive that you can share with the IT department at your school will be able to assist them with troubleshooting as well!
