Account Preference

When I login to powerschool on both my phone and MacBook I don't have any Account Preferences tab. The only thing I have is navigation so I have no option to add my other student to powerschool. Its frustrating as I am unable to see what her grades are. Has anyone else had this issue. I also want to add that my kids are in two different schools (high school and middle school).

One option is to contact one of the schools and ask them to add the other student to your parent account. Without seeing a screenshot of what you are seeing when logged in, I’m not sure where to point you to. Also, in order to add a student to your account, you need their AccessID and Access Password. These are obtained from the school.

I have her access code and everything and I have a screen shot it just won’t let me post it

Thank you for reaching out.

We request that you do not post your student's access code on the community.  It is private data and should not be shared publicly.

The account Preferences tab is visible if the district has set up to associate your account with all your students.  Alternatively, your district may have disabled the setup screen. Please contact your school administrator directly to request assistance.

Do note, you will only be able to add students to your account if they are part of the same district. You can learn more here.
