I am having trouble uploading files to my Powerschool Solo Account Haiku page. The message says "This file is still being copied, but will be available soon." It has been doing this for hours. My students have been without activities to do today because of not being able to access the necessary images. Please help.
I already tried to contact support through the Powerschool Learning site Help Menu, but it didn't help as it only gave me the following options: Knowledgebase (deadend), Ask community, and Walkthrough (deadend). I'm stuck between two rocks in a hard spot.

Have you received help yet Antonio? I am having the same problem and I just need to figure it out so my students don't withdraw from the class due to frustration.
Unfortunately not yet. What I found helped was to just leave it for another day. This morning I tried again several times and finally got my files/images to upload. It took tons of perseverance on my side. I just never gave up and eventually they loaded. Took two days. What I did to get my students the images in the mean time was use another avenue such as our Jupiter grading system or through google mail. This gave me more time to try and eventually I got them loaded on Haiku. I am so sorry that you are also going through this. I hope you find my answer helpful. We must persevere!
Thank you so much! Interesting that this site doesn't offer much help, but the people actually reliant on it, do. It's nice just to know it's not something I am doing wrong. Unfortunately I have an art class, so students are constantly uploading files. When they do, and it doesn't work, they have to keep trying again and again. Most of them are an older demographic too, so they think it's their fault. It has been frustrating to say the least. I haven't experienced this with Haiku until recently.
We are having the same issue, but different message, in uploading files today to the Unified Classroom Class Pages (which is PowerSchool Learning on the back end.)
Our teachers are reporting issues uploading files to Class Pages. I just tried it and am receiving the same issue. The error message is "Server Error while processing the file:..."
I just submitted a case because status.powerschool.com is not indicating any issues at this point. You would think five weeks into schools moving entirely online, PowerSchool would have resolved some of these basic issues.
Hi, @Lissajensen, @DanM3,
I am sorry you are experiencing difficulty uploading and downloading attachments on the Unified Classroom Class Pages/PowerSchool Learning.
An update was recently provided on the PowerSchool Status page that the issue when uploading or viewing attachments has been resolved. A direct link to the update is available here.
Please reach out to us if you are continuing to experience the issue.
If you are facing an error message where the file does not upload and displays the error message "This file is still being copied, but will be available soon." that is a separate issue which the PowerSchool Learning Product team is aware of and are working to find a solution.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience.
Hellow @BishalG ,
I was experiencing this problem yesterday. I tried uploading both a video and some images to my class page. With both, I got a "Server error" message. I tried again today. I was able to upload an image but the issue remains when trying to upload the video. The upload get's to 100% and then I get the "Server error" message. I am trying my upload yet again...
Hi @antoniodonabo,
We are sorry that you are experiencing an issue when uploading files to your PowerSchool Learning Solo account.
The PowerSchool Learning Product team is aware of this issue where the file refuses to upload and displays the error message "This file is still being copied, but will be available soon." and is currently working on a solution.
Currently, the only known workaround is to re-upload the attachment. This may not be ideal, but it may be an option that works for you.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience while the team works toward a solution
We just got this an hour or so ago
status page says its been resolved though and no issues reported for today......
Just had another teacher report files aren't uploading
Just tried it. Uploads to 100% and then says "Error"
It looks like it's just going to require us to persevere. I still sometimes have a tiny bit of trouble uploading files, but I try it again and eventually it works. Best wishes to all of you!
Hit and miss with uploading files = EPIC FAILURE
