Hi all -
We are getting a 503 server error for our PS Learning website. Is anyone else having the same issue?
Thanks.
Shashi
I agree, a status update notification would have nice.
"No incidents reported today" I just read about 12 of them.
Agree. It has been over 17 hours now since the crash and not a single word from support. For schools like ours that work from Sun - Thurs this is a huge deal. We really need a stronger more reliable communicaton channel for such events. Still waiting for someone to respond and tell us what exactly went wrong.
Still says the same thing. Been close to 24 hours now since the crash at 2pm Doha time yesterday.
I came into emails concerning this from students, etc
What is going on with Learning lately, several major issues popping up.
All -
I've reached out to our sales/support rep for more info.
I'm dissatisfied w/ the respoinse to my help ticket from yesterday - here's what they sent this AM - no additional info:
Hi Joe,

If you see something different, or if you have any questions, please let me know and I'll be happy to keep working on it with you

Guess its their canned response. I got the exact same reply. Twice.
This has been handled so poorly. I just checked teh status page and it STILL says there were no incidents yesterday. Terribly disappointing.
To follwo a previous comment, I also have been disappointed with teh reliability of PowerSchool over teh last two years. The service disruptions are far more common for an enterprise application like this.
@jcaballero I would agree about PowerSchool Learning and Unified Classroom (especially Class Pages) but the actual SIS hosting is pretty much rock solid for the last few years.
I'm sorry for those who suffered the major outage yesterday and the lack of proper response from PowerSchool in the Community, via email and the System Status website. It is totally unacceptable.
Thank you for reporting accessibility issues with PowerSchool Learning this weekend in the PowerSchool Community!
We are aware of an intermittent issue which caused some users to receive a 503 error when attempting to access Learning or Unified Classroom Class Pages on Sunday morning (9/8). Our teams diligently worked on the issue and brought all systems online. We will be doing an RCA to prevent this from happening again. Please reach out to Support if you have any questions.
Thank you for your patience!
