How to add a new page to the top of the list of pages

Hi, Does anyone know if it's possible to add a new page to the top of the list of pages. It appears the only option we have is to add a new page to the bottom of the list of pages in PSL. I know we can re-arrange them but we have teachers who always want it to appear at the top so wondered if that was even possible to set the default to top. Thanks!

I don't think it's possible to have it automatically placed on top. But you could make it a subsection of the top page and then drag it to the top. This is especially helpful if a teachers have numerous pages. It's basically one move up.
