Assessment "Anytime" Option Missing for Teacher

Hello,

I have a teacher who has three classes that are missing the "take any time" option in assessments. Another class has this option and I cannot figure out why it would not be available for some, and not for others. Attached is a screenshot of the teachers assessment next to one I just created, where I have the "Anytime" option to take the assessment. Any help would be appreciated.
