Which phone number and email formats are accepted?

All phone number fields accept the standard domestic phone format. Examples include 123-456-7890, (123) 456-7890, and 1234567890. Some phone number fields will also accept other formats. If the system flags an international phone number or phone number with an extension as invalid, please contact HR for assistance.

When entering an email address, make sure you have not added a space at the beginning or end of the address. Email fields must be entered as email@site.domain; additional spaces will invalidate your entry. The error message should disappear once you remove any spaces and save the page.
