Not all pages in the PowerSchool Community are available to every user. Depending on your role within your school or district and the product you are using, you may not be able to access some pages. The sections below provide guidance based on your situation.
Some resources are only for Technical Contacts in your school or district. If you are a Technical Contact:
Make sure you’ve created a Community account using your school or district staff email.
If access is still unavailable after that time, submit a request using our Customer Support Operations Request Form. Note: This form is only for District Technical Contact requests. It is not technical support.
Some products require you to log in through the product first, then follow the Community link from within the product.
If you are not a Technical Contact and not using an SSO product, the page you are trying to view may not be available for your role.
