Student Information Form error

System consistently stating that child must be 5 before Sept. 2022. Child is 5 and will be 6 on 12/11/2023. Form will not allow me submit due to this.

This error can occur when the field in the form is not set up correctly so we commend connecting with the school admin of your child's school district who should be able to check the issue you are facing with the form and provide further assistance.
