New to powerschool, how do we promote students and renroll

New to powerschool we are trying to enroll students but when we push renroll/promote the grade level will not change. how can we promote students

Good Day! Promoting students is done through the End-of-Year process. I recommend working with the PowerSchool SIS administrators in your school district who should be able to assist you further with this. I recommend reviewing the following articles for more information.
