PowerSchool’s vibrant user group community hosts hundreds of user-led events every year across the globe, connecting educators, PowerSchool product users, and advocates to learn, collaborate, and share tips for overcoming K-12 education’s biggest challenges

We’ve recently added more user groups and formed The Official PowerSchool User Group Network (PSUGN) to expand opportunities for local collaboration between users, PowerSchool, and other user groups.

Groups choosing to join the PSUGN must commit to a two-year membership and can select from three levels of participation: Pioneer, Preferred, and Premium.

Participants at every level receive resources, support, sponsorship, and world-class presentations from our customer champions, executives, advisors, professional services, and solution engineers.

User groups may be formed from existing or new groups of customers. For example, School’s National User Group (SNUG), formerly SunGard National User Group, is an official member of the PowerSchool User Group Network. “SNUG members can build valuable relationships with other PowerSchool product users as the SNUG organization represents a united national front to keep the quality of the products at the highest possible level, said Board President and Chief Technology Officer, Christine Diggs.
