This month we updated our search feature, added filters by topic, and highlighted more solutions so you can find the right answers in our PowerSchool Community.
New Search Feature
With the new updated search feature, you'll now see an article’s full title and location along with more details on the article. You can view more search tips here in the Community Announcements & Tips board.
Tell Us if our Articles are Helpful
You can now report to PowerSchool if an article has helped resolve your question. If the article helped, just click ‘Yes’ to let us know. If it didn’t quite resolve your issue or if you have suggestions on how to improve, you can choose ‘No’ and leave a comment for PowerSchool to review.
This new feature will help us keep our articles current and relevant and make sure we are addressing your most needed topics.
We review the feedback provided every week and would respond to each and every feedback provided.

We are highlighting solutions in our Community to help you find the right answers. You’ll see these solutions marked with a green check mark.
We will recognize and share PowerSchool swag with members that receive the most accepted solutions in April. Members will also receive a shout out in the PowerSchool Community blog next month. Please subscribe to the Announcements & Tips blog to see all shout-outs and contests.
