The PowerSchool Community had the highest activity in August with Knowledge Base articles receiving the largest number of helpfulness ratings. We’d like to thank all our Community members for their valuable feedback. We have reviewed customerfeedback to improve the quality of our articles.
The search results have improved drastically with 87% of searches in August yielding results. The searches are prompting users to click auto-suggestions, a feature that helps users find articles related to their search easily.
