This short video will give you an overview of how to reset your Community password.
Make sure to use at least seven characters, one uppercase, one lowercase, and one number. If your new password meets these requirements but you receive an error message, try clearing your cache and walking through the password reset option again. Make sure to check your Spam/Junk folder for this notification.
