I'm a teacher that uses PowerSchool. Any other teachers out there? I'm not an IT guy/gal that supports PowerSchool, I am a user. Any other users out there? Just curious. I'm not really interested if this is another PowerSource.

My name is Sherryl Loman. I am the SIS (Student Information Systems) Administrator for Palliser Regional Schools. We are a school district in Southern Alberta (Canada) that serves 51 schools in communities in and around the cities of Lethbridge and Calgary.
We are using the PowerSchool SIS, PowerTeacherPro, PowerSchool Mobile, Atrieve, and are currently in the process of launching InfoSnap (Online Student Registration). We are relatively new to PowerSchool (2 years) so I know the discussions and forums on this PowerSchool Community site will be an excellent resource for us.
I have been in my role as SIS Administrator for 13+ years with our district and find that we are always learning, growing and changing in regard to technology. I am looking foward to this new PowerSchool Community site.

I am having the same issues, but no resolution yet. Already I can't get in to the support site that we used to use for eSchool. Everything I try I get Access Denied.

I am Cory Sharshel from the Thompson School District in Loveland, Colorado. I am one of the many BusinessPLUS customers being moved onto this site. So far, nothing is working correctly. We cannot submit helpdesk tickets. We cannot get to most of the links as they give us an Access Denied message. When we try and search for anything, it gives us no records found.
We need to be able to submit and manage our tickets, search the Knowledgebase, download documentation for our products, etc. I have talked with multiple people from the BusinessPlus helpdesk who said they would talk to someone about getting our account corrected, but nothing yet. I see that the old site is being turned off on May 4th and I would prefer to have our account corrected before we lose that resource. Is there someone you can direct me to contact that could help in this matter?
